Our founder, a UWA-licensed gorilla trekking guide, watched traveller after traveller leave Uganda after fewer experiences than they wanted — always constrained by budget. The seed of Roam Beyond's installment payment model was planted.
Roam Beyond Tours Founded
Officially registered with the Uganda Tourism Board, our first team of 4 local guides began offering gorilla trekking packages with flexible monthly payment plans — the first safari company in Uganda to do so at scale.
